Maropost (Neto) Web Store Case Study

Brave Web Stores / Maropost (Neto) Web Store Case Study
Project start.

Maxxum Pty. Ltd.

BRAVE was engaged to help show off our huge range of photo, video and consumer electronic products.

Brands include Tenba, Samyang, Benro, Jupio, MeFOTO, Xeen, Induro, Massa, Feiyu Tech & Hama.

Intro.

They have been working in photographic industry for over 30 years.

The business was started by two photographic industry entrepreneurs Brian D’Arcy and Glenn Ward  on 1 July 2012 to import and distribute, photo, video  and consumer electronic products into the Australian market.

The steps.
First step
Brainstorming &
conceptualising

“Our objective is to build a website with product information that is an online resource for B2B (existing and potential retail distributors) and B2C end-consumers. To position the Maxxum brand as the industry specialists for high quality product.”

Second step
Defining
purpose

Build a modern & professional site that is responsive to smart and mobile devices. The user experience and interface will apply the principles of mobile site design.

“We have 100s of retail stockists, maropost provided us an easy way for customers to find a local store.”

Third step
Delivery &
results

Maxxum needed to integrate with an existing accounting system and have access to the inventory restock report.
With one mouse click they’re able to quickly identify all the gaps in stock levels, then it’s two clicks away to generate and
email their purchase orders. When the goods arrive from our suppliers, it’s just another mouse click and the stock levels get updated across their warehouse and webstore.

Fourth step
Learning
systems

Brave created a document, which explains how to add the content into their site and what was important. Brave just picked out the important elements to say, “Hey, you need to put in some information here because Google is going to be looking for that.” that information is important for your customers because when they’re looking for your product, that’s the sort of information that they’re going to targeting, and this is where Google is going to be looking for it.

Client
Comment

“If you are a business looking to install a retail management system, I’d highly recommend the team at Brave to be able to assist you with it. They’re very easy to talk to and approachable. They can explain all the technical terms to you, make it very easy to understand, or if you don’t want to know anything about that, they will look after that for you.”
